Returns & Exchanges

At Dr Woof Apparel, we want you to feel as good as you look in our gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
